They bring their culinary mastery right to the table—well, sometimes it’s me bringing it to the table, but that’s beside the point! Of course, finding the time to use them can be a bit of a luxury, but when I do, it’s bliss. For me, my journey started as a massage therapist on a cruise ship, and wellness still plays a huge part in my life. Tablescapes, menus, decorations—it’s all part of the fun. There’s something so satisfying about pulling off a themed event that guests will be talking about for seasons to come.

One of my secret joys? Organizing! When you live on a boat, space is at a premium, so you learn to live small and keep things tidy. There’s something therapeutic about creating order in compact spaces. I love decluttering, keeping everything shipshape (pun intended), and finding ways to make the most of every square inch. Sharing a space with crew and guests means the boat needs to stay pristine—and trust me, that’s a challenge I embrace wholeheartedly!
